Range of application – FunctionThe thermostat is located on the front in a direct connection the the gutters/down-pipes which are to be frost protected. The heating lengths is connected directly to the thermostat which are feed with 230V max 16A.Control is done according to the principle plus-minus where heat-up starts when temperature are within a preset value (for example -5 — +2) when formation of ice in the roof/gutters are expected.
